About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Classify goods for customs purposes (NCM)
  • Review documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading/air waybills (BL/AWB)
  • Apply for Import Licenses (LI)
  • File Import Declarations (DI) or DUIMP
  • Monitor cargo release processes at ports, airports, or border crossings
  • Respond to requirements or notices issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service
  • Update process statuses in internal systems
  • Monitor changes to regulations issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, SISCOMEX, and other regulatory bodies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or a related field
  • Solid experience in imports and foreign trade
  • Knowledge of customs legislation, special customs regimes, and taxes
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
