About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and deliver healthcare AI assessments around customer decisions
- Translate customer goals into assessment scopes, success criteria, delivery plans, and technical/commercial assumptions
- Coordinate DataLab, engineering, commercial teams, and data partners through delivery stages
- Coordinate partner specifications and data-readiness checks across EHR, claims, imaging, pathology, and text sources
- Serve as primary delivery contact and communicate technical decisions, progress, risks, and trade-offs to customers
- Assess technical feasibility and recommend scope, source, or execution options based on value, effort, risk, and capacity
- Coordinate data-quality, privacy, scientific, and technical readiness reviews
- Manage changing requirements and competing projects, recommending priorities and communicating impacts
- Build reusable playbooks for intake, feasibility, QA, partner handoffs, escalation, and acceptance
- Prioritize process and tooling improvements using delivery evidence
- Coordinate results delivery, customer acceptance, and handoff into subsequent assessments or reruns
- Establish delivery cadence, baseline effort and rework, and identify delivery constraints
- Lead customer deliveries through milestones and acceptance checkpoints
- Recommend prioritized delivery roadmaps with process or tooling investments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience shaping and delivering complex customer or partner engagements
- Ability to translate ambiguous needs into feasible solutions and concrete outcomes
- Experience coordinating technical, operational, and external stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience managing changing requirements and difficult timelines while maintaining customer trust
- Experience building playbooks or operating processes adopted by others
- Ability to interpret technical evidence and work effectively with technical specialists
- Healthcare data experience is optional
- Experience with AI evaluations, ML products, or enterprise data delivery is optional
- SQL, Python, and API tooling are helpful but not required
