About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interpret business processes and rules, proactively connecting data with strategy
  • Identify root causes and implement effective technical or organizational solutions
  • Lead teams across different countries, ensuring synergy, global team development, and alignment of deliverables
  • Manage stakeholders in a consultative manner, prioritizing requests and aligning deliverables with business objectives
  • Manage the technical lifecycle of data products, from creation through decommissioning
  • Actively support the team in technical design and reviews
  • Make strategic decisions while balancing delivery speed, scalability, and governance
  • Ensure that tools are reliable, well documented, and adopted by business users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science teams
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Superset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels
  • Experience developing strategic solutions
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency (a plus)
