Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze key business KPIs and investments across volume, efficiency, and profitability at the business, city, channel, and campaign levels, identifying performance gaps and opportunities
Develop analytical and forecasting models to support investment allocation, scenario planning, and decision-making across the Marketplace
Conduct business diagnostics and develop recommendations to identify growth, efficiency, and profitability levers
Develop business cases and scenarios to support investment prioritization and resource allocation across businesses, cities, and acquisition channels
Partner with strategic stakeholders to translate analytical insights and investment strategies into actionable initiatives, monitoring their impact
Support the Marketplace’s short- and medium-term strategy and planning through data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to derive insights from data
Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences and influence others
Proficiency in handling large volumes of data using SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and similar tools
