About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations on QuintoAndar’s performance relative to competitors
Support improvements to supply (listings) and demand (user acquisition)
Diagnose overall marketplace performance
Support the development of growth levers
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive impact
Own the monthly executive Market report for leadership, from defining sources and metrics through in-depth analysis of marketplace performance
Develop analytical models and frameworks to guide supply and demand levers
Partner with Operations to lead strategic projects
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decisions and supporting execution
Monitor marketplace and market KPIs, supporting tactical and strategic planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Robust experience in business intelligence/analysis, commercial planning, or growth strategy; or 2–3 years of management consulting experience
Ability to break complex problems down into manageable parts
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive insights from data
Experience handling large volumes of data
Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and Excel
