About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the maturation of new cities through performance indicators, including supply growth and demand generation and conversion
- Build analyses and diagnostics to identify opportunities, risks, and growth levers
- Translate analyses into actionable recommendations to support decision-making
- Develop dashboards and executive reports for leadership monitoring
- Propose, track, and calculate variable compensation metrics
- Partner with different teams to execute and monitor strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data analysis and the development of business metrics
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Proactive approach to identifying problems, developing hypotheses, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: experience at technology companies or marketplaces
- Preferred: experience with commercial planning, business operations (BizOps), or sales funnel analysis
- Preferred: knowledge of Python for data analysis
