Key responsibilities & impact

Map operational opportunities and identify bottlenecks in the supply photos funnel, prioritizing initiatives based on impact (size of the prize)
Design automated operational workflows and tools through short delivery cycles, reducing manual bottlenecks and increasing team autonomy
Manage internal and external stakeholders (P&T, Inside Sales, Data Engineering, and BPO partners) to ensure project alignment and success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced SQL proficiency for extracting, manipulating, and sanitizing dense data and large volumes of operational datasets
Strong analytical skills for breaking down results, along with a solid understanding of performance across operations, marketplaces, or field operations
Practical use of generative Artificial Intelligence tools (prompts/LLMs) applied to day-to-day work
Programming knowledge in Python for creating and consuming automations and scripts in production environments, as well as RESTful API integration (a plus)
Experience managing and interacting with outsourced partner operations (BPOs), external business partners, or Salesforce (a plus)
