About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Extract, clean, and consolidate complex databases using intermediate to advanced SQL
  • Conduct deep dives and structured exploratory analyses of the broker journey
  • Build and automate performance dashboards for High-Touch Onboarding overall and for specific projects
  • Propose, develop, and execute projects and action plans based on diagnostic findings, measuring their impact on business metrics
  • Use Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate diagnostics, documentation, and analytical workflows
  • Collaborate with and influence partner teams (CX, Product, Low-Touch, Broker Accreditation, and Incentives/Payments) to implement solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for modeling and rapid analysis
  • Experience with structured exploratory analysis and data-driven problem-solving (Business/Operations Analytics)
  • Autonomy, clear communication with non-analysts, and the ability to manage projects end to end
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency (for reading tools and corporate systems)
