About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer, as well as handle inbound calls with the schools’ Financial Account Holders
Review contracts, financial records, and the Financial Account Holder’s history to support negotiations
Negotiate outstanding balances with a focus on debt recovery and resolving pending issues
Provide occasional support via WhatsApp, chat, and/or email
Enter, retrieve, and update information in negotiation systems in real time
Answer questions from Financial Account Holders and/or school units clearly and empathetically
Support delinquency collections operations for Grupo Salta Educação schools

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma
Strong numerical and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in customer collections
Eagerness to learn and continuously develop
Availability to work toward targets and results
Ability to adapt to different situations
Clear and effective communication
Ability to collaborate with the team and value teamwork
Proactivity and initiative to solve problems and suggest improvements
Experience in similar activities is a plus
