About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support brands with requests related to making Other Revenue (OR) services available in Sismat
- Handle and track Other Revenue requests through OTRS
- Coordinate the creation and availability of new services in Sismat
- Make adjustments and configure service payment plans
- Request and track payments for invoices related to partner companies and royalties
- Conduct audits and validate information in the OR Dashboard
- Prepare and send analyses and performance and sales reports for Other Revenue services
- Support the release of scholarships subject to pricing reassessment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- Proficiency in using Excel to organize and analyze commercial data
- Ability to monitor results and provide ongoing support to business units
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in commercial or administrative roles is a plus
