About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track key performance indicators (OTD, NPS, OTIF)
- Monitor workflows and the results of initiatives designed to address operational and/or process-related issues, based on analysis of GSBF indicators
- Participate in meetings with carriers and partner teams, providing visibility into transportation results
- Visit GSBF, Centauro Distribution Center, and Fisia operations
- Conduct analyses of ZIP code coverage for carriers serving GSBF, evaluating freight costs and delivery times
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics KPIs, such as OTD and OTIF
- Experience with or knowledge of carrier performance monitoring
