About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the collection, analysis, and consolidation of performance indicators (KPIs) for the Shared Services Center (SSC).
  • Assist with updating and enhancing management reports by consolidating the operational results of SSC departments.
  • Support Service Catalog governance by creating and updating records and monitoring them through the ticketing system.
  • Participate in the department’s daily management routines by supporting operational meetings, KPI monitoring, action plans, and incident tracking.
  • Assist with process mapping, documentation, and standardization, contributing to knowledge management and continuous improvement.
  • Support capacity, productivity, and performance analyses for SSC departments.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations, tracking tools, and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Perform administrative activities related to the department under the guidance of the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with continuous improvement projects and familiarity with process mapping software are considered a plus.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to learn continuously.
  • Curiosity and interest in innovation and process optimization.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance indicators.
  • Commitment to quality and excellence in performing assigned activities.
