About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and strengthen the Tigre brand across the construction ecosystem
Develop business opportunities for customers through direct engagement and distribution partners
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of technical materials, such as catalogs and technical data sheets, in collaboration with the Marketing team
Propose technical optimization recommendations in alignment with the EVT (Project Analysis) department
Identify projects specified with competing products and recommend Tigre solutions
Produce and distribute articles and technical materials through specialized media
Provide technical support to international business units by sharing best practices
Address and resolve customer complaints in accordance with deadlines and the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code
Analyze product improvement opportunities and refer new solutions to the Marketing team
Support the Sales team with information, training, and technical materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; degrees in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering are preferred
Category B driver’s license
Intermediate Excel proficiency (preferred)
Experience managing distributors and branch offices (preferred)
Experience managing construction projects (preferred)
