About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an ambassador for the HR Business Partner model and as a strategic business partner
  • Challenge and influence leadership in achieving organizational objectives
  • Act as a change agent in transforming and sustaining the organizational culture
  • Prepare leaders and strengthen their autonomy in developing and managing high-performing teams
  • Act as the liaison between leaders and specialist functions to implement people management guidelines, policies, and processes
  • Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and process innovation
  • Ensure the company’s culture and values are widely embraced and uphold People policies and processes
  • Understand business needs and promote an integrated approach to Human Resources initiatives
  • Provide consultative support to leaders in identifying and attracting talent and high-potential employees
  • Champion people performance metrics, supporting leaders in related actions and decisions
  • Support leaders in developing engagement initiatives based on employee climate and engagement metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology (preferably in one of these fields)
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA, preferably in Strategic Management, People Management, or Process Management
  • SBDG Group Dynamics certification (preferred)
  • Coaching certification
  • Experience working as a Business Partner in medium-sized or large companies is mandatory for this role
  • Intermediate English and Spanish skills preferred
