Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the administrative and logistical operations of Tigre’s market training programs
Support Technical Instructors (TIs)
Approve and manage training sessions and product samples
Coordinate and operate the Plumbing Installer Courses
Generate performance indicators to measure the area’s results
Analyze and approve training requests
Provide administrative support to field Technical Instructors
Organize the shipment of product samples and kits
Manage the operations of installer training courses, including tracking spreadsheets, registrations, attendance confirmations, and participant communications
Support course promotion in collaboration with the Communications team across social media, press, and digital channels
Support the contracting of and coordinate partner educational institutions
Manage course logistics, including venue, facilities, and catering
Keep the Technical Instructors’ performance dashboard up to date

What you’ll need

Completed degree or currently pursuing a degree, preferably in the final semesters, in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in content marketing or training and development
Knowledge of SAP and BI/dashboard tools is a plus
Familiarity with audiovisual content production and scriptwriting is a plus
