Create and govern digital materials and content for product communications and customer data enrichment
Plan digital initiatives for strategic customers
Develop strategies and monitor digital media plans
Create execution guides
Create, implement, and analyze digital tools
Identify opportunities, improvements, and innovations

Analyze data and reports

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
Experience in digital performance, paid campaigns, project management, e-commerce, marketplaces, digital sales, digital acquisition, engagement, and relationship strategies, CRM, and report development and analysis
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Knowledge of Retail Media, Google Analytics, and Power BI
Knowledge of developing and monitoring digital trade KPIs, conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, CAC, average order value, revenue per session, digital sell-out, and GMV
Knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and RD Station is a plus
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as VTEX, Shopify, and Wake is a plus
