About the role

Process the enrollment and termination of employees and dependents in benefit plans
Process enrollments and terminations for medical and dental plans
Work in a high-volume information environment
Handle requests via Smart Share
Work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration or a related field
Experience with enterprise systems (ADP, LG, SAP, APDATA)
Experience working at a company with more than 15,000 employees
Available to start immediately
Available to work on a temporary contract
Analytical and organized profile
Knowledge of the Bradesco Saúde, Unimed Seguros, and Sul América Odonto provider file layouts is a plus
Basic knowledge of AIOS is a plus
Customer service via Smart Share
