About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead corporate projects and strategic initiatives from definition and planning through successful delivery and adoption
  • Manage the project portfolio of the GT Motive perimeter and ensure transparent reporting to Solvd Group level
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, milestones, risks, and critical paths
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate project governance, planning, status review, and decision-making meetings
  • Track project progress, performance, and key deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and the CTO
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed quality standards, timelines, scope, and budget
  • Coordinate solution deployments, testing, business validations, and transition-to-operations activities
  • Prepare project documentation, executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for steering committees and governance forums
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices
  • Partner with business areas to support transformation initiatives, process optimization, and organizational change

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience leading projects in technology-driven environments, consulting firms, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies
  • Experience in project planning, risk and issue management, budget tracking, and executive-level reporting
  • Professional proficiency in English required, minimum C1 level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a structured and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications considered a strong asset
  • Availability for business travel
