About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve the core infrastructure and internal systems behind Guardio's product, including user states, identity, registration, payments, and experimentation platforms
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
- Define and track key KPIs, turning data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities across the user journey and drive strategic initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Partner closely with R&D, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support to ensure scalable, reliable, and growth-oriented solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C tech company
- Strong technical background; comfortable working with engineers on system design, data flows, and product infrastructure
- Proven experience owning technical or platform-level product areas (e.g., identity, registration, payments, experimentation, or internal tooling)
- Hands-on experience planning, running, and analyzing product experiments
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders around shared goals
- Experience scaling complex product or user-state infrastructure (bonus)
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for product discovery and experimentation (e.g., Vibe-code) (bonus)
- Background in subscription-based or consumer payment products (bonus)
