About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to defining and evolving the cybersecurity strategy
Develop information security policies, standards, and processes in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure integrated cybersecurity risk management through risk analysis, assessment of system criticality, and definition of mitigation measures
Define and monitor security requirements and architectures for systems, applications, and infrastructures
Promote the integration of security controls throughout the solution lifecycle
Ensure cybersecurity incident monitoring, detection, and response capabilities
Promote the evolution of SOC and CSIRT processes and coordination with external entities
Coordinate the identification and management of vulnerabilities and the execution of security testing
Ensure the integration of DevSecOps practices into development processes
Promote operational resilience and alignment with business continuity processes
Participate in cybersecurity exercises and simulations
Monitor metrics and report risks
Promote cybersecurity awareness and culture, as well as collaboration across different areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
Knowledge of risk management, security controls, and regulatory compliance, including standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27005, and NIST CSF
Experience in securing systems, networks, applications, and infrastructures, including defining security requirements and architectures
Knowledge of security, monitoring, threat detection, and vulnerability analysis and management tools
Experience or knowledge in incident response, security operations (SOC/CSIRT), security testing, and DevSecOps practices
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, or CEH certifications are a plus
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess and manage risk and a results-oriented approach
Excellent communication and organizational influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, along with autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
