About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and evolve technology infrastructure architectures and solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and high availability
Administer and operate infrastructure in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises), including operating systems, virtualization, containers, databases, and storage
Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability through capacity management, technology updates, and support for business-critical services
Define, implement, and test business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms
Develop infrastructure automation and orchestration solutions using DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD practices
Implement infrastructure monitoring and observability mechanisms, promoting operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Collaborate with technical and business teams and coordinate with service providers, ensuring solution integration and compliance with defined service levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure
Knowledge of operating system administration (Linux and Windows), virtualization, cloud (Azure), hybrid environments, and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift)
Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Chef), CI/CD tools, and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
Knowledge of storage system administration, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery
Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability, including log and metric management
Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills, particularly in highly critical environments
Autonomy, initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to plan and organize
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
Focus on quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
