About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Convert late-arriving, unframed executive briefing requests and tight deadlines into Board-ready, C-suite-ready, or Trustee-ready briefing materials
  • Adapt the briefing portfolio to changing senior leadership and Board priorities
  • Apply executive-briefing standards for narrative structure, evidence, recommendation framing, and visual treatment
  • Read, pressure-test, and synthesize research across B2B, Consumer, Customer & Decision Intelligence, Listening Programs, and Reputation Intelligence
  • Build cross-cutting briefs supported by evidence for presentation to the CEO
  • Partner with the VP, pillar leaders, and Sr. Manager on briefing strategy, sequencing, and cadence
  • Track decisions resulting from briefings and share them with originating ICs and leaders
  • Coach analysts and Leads on briefing-quality writing, recommendation framing, and visual treatment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years related work experience in quantitative or qualitative insights, research, market research, or customer-experience work in an enterprise or consultancy setting
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and synthesizing research output and translating it into senior-leader recommendations
  • Interpretation fluency across the function’s disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Quantitative Psychology, Economics, Public Health, Business, Public Affairs, Public Policy, or a related quantitative or social-science discipline
  • Sedentary work capability, including occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force
  • Preferred: 7+ years of related insights, research, market research, or customer-experience experience
  • Preferred: 4+ years of direct executive-briefing experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years working on compressed turnarounds with shifting priorities
