About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage business relationships and situations to obtain better business outcomes; communicate effectively and resolve complex business issues
  • Lead projects from strategy to execution
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts such as Charters, SIPOC, RACI, Timelines, Project Plans and Lessons Learned
  • Lead requirements sessions and act as a liaison between business requirements and systems development work
  • Handle financial scoping and tracking
  • Provide leadership to a matrixed team to ensure goals are understood and achieved
  • Deliver updates to varying levels of leadership
  • Analyze and synthesize sales and membership data to identify issues, trends and drive positive outcomes
  • Source data and content from disparate systems and teams to develop, maintain and present membership dashboards and reports
  • Report on performance versus plan, regional performance, sales channel performance and effectiveness, product or plan performance and effectiveness, and key insights, trends and opportunities
  • Establish relationships with internal business partners to maximize sales results
  • Provide consultative input and thought leadership
  • Glean competitive insights
  • Distribute relevant updates across the Sales Organization
  • Develop and deliver sales-related presentations to the Medicare leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years related work experience; Medicare Sales preferred
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of operational processes for Medicare sales
  • Experience in developing strategies, overseeing work activities, and delivering results
  • Experience in overseeing project portfolios and process improvement programs
  • Experience in developing and overseeing effective controls
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Expertise in planning, prioritization, and execution
  • Ability to translate strategy to daily operations and the staff that support the Customer First philosophy
  • Experience in delivering effective communications (presentations, meetings, one on ones, written communication, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to formulate strategies, processes, plans, and tactics
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics to frame problems and drive business outcomes
  • Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work
