About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with customers to map business processes to agent-based solutions
- Design and build integration architectures connecting the platform to customer tools such as Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, and internal APIs
- Implement custom workflows and agent behaviors using modern LLM frameworks such as OpenAI and Anthropic
- Build supporting services, scripts, and interfaces for customer solutions
- Work across Python, TypeScript, and React as needed
- Operate in cloud-native environments including GCP, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Translate field learnings into product requirements and platform features
- Identify reusable patterns, templates, and integration libraries across engagements
- Collaborate with core engineering on customer needs and the platform roadmap
- Support sales through architecture reviews and proof-of-concept builds
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer engineering and IT teams
- Lead on-site implementations and deepen customer partnerships through occasional travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience partnering with sales teams to position complex technical products and drive customer deals to closure
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Full-stack development experience; Python and TypeScript preferred but not required
- Deep comfort working with third-party APIs, authentication protocols, and enterprise systems
- Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and translate complex business needs into clean, maintainable technical solutions
- Ability to explain complex infrastructure to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining high technical credibility with developers
- Comfortable shipping solutions in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Experience building with LLM APIs or agentic frameworks
- Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native scaling
- San Francisco Bay Area preferred (Hybrid/In-person) but open to other locations
