About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design high-converting static and motion graphics for Meta, Google Display, and Pinterest ad campaigns
- Retouch, color-grade, and process product photography according to Gusti guidelines and Corporate Identity
- Use generative AI tools to streamline asset creation, background edits, and short motion clips
- Resize, reframe, and optimize visual concepts across 1:1, 9:16, 2:3, and horizontal banner formats
- Collaborate with the international performance marketing team to turn performance data into creative design iterations
- Follow workflow plans and meet project deadlines
- Report changes, technical bottlenecks, and process improvements proactively
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Photo Editor
- E-commerce or D2C retail experience preferred
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
- Proficiency with digital layout tools such as Figma
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools such as Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill, and Midjourney
- Proven ability to create platform-specific ad assets for Meta, Google Display, and Pinterest
- Experience retouching high volumes of product photography for vintage/leather aesthetics
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow brand/CI guidelines
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and open to performance-based design feedback
- Reliable in meeting tight deadlines independently
- Comfortable working under an efficient hourly-pay model
