About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 SCM, F&O, CE, HR, and Power Platform
- Lead technical design sessions, produce solution documentation, and oversee implementation teams
- Define integration strategies with legacy systems and third-party platforms such as Teamcenter, Supplier Portal, and Boomi using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and APIs
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Guide adoption of new Microsoft features and updates in alignment with GVW’s roadmap
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, environment provisioning, and release management
- Apply Microsoft Success by Design methodology and ALM best practices using LCS, Power Platform Admin Center, and Azure DevOps
- Design and govern agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and multi-agent orchestration
- Implement responsible AI controls, prompt safety, and telemetry for AI-enabled solutions
- Define KPIs and value realization for AI-driven business outcomes
- Collaborate with Data/AI teams on model selection, evaluation, and responsible AI practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery
- Proven success leading Dynamics 365 implementations across multiple modules (ERP, CRM, HR)
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and integration frameworks
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, security models, and cloud-native design
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert preferred/advantageous
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain domains preferred/advantageous
- Deep expertise in Azure architecture, including infrastructure, security, and scalability preferred/advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) preferred/advantageous
- Familiarity with AI Builder, D365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and machine learning integration preferred/advantageous
- Exposure to legacy ERP migration and modernization strategies preferred/advantageous
- Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100) or similar preferred/advantageous
