About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage multiple teams across Inventory Control, Customer Service and WMS Key Users
  • Set direction and operational priorities while ensuring day-to-day performance and continuous improvement
  • Develop organizational capability through succession planning and talent development
  • Own onsite customer relationships and performance as the GXO representative
  • Lead major customer projects, initiatives and escalations
  • Monitor KPIs and participate in daily error calls
  • Identify root causes of variances and implement corrective actions
  • Lead Lean, Kaizen and automation initiatives
  • Lead system, automation and process transformation initiatives and ensure adoption of digital solutions
  • Analyze account financial models and identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver customer commitments and GXO objectives
  • Contribute to site-wide management and strategic planning as a member of the Site Management Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior-level professional experience within logistics, with responsibility for operations, business support and/or continuous improvement
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and process changes, including monitoring milestones, budgets and overall project progress
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong priority-setting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Willingness to work onsite in Eindhoven, as the role includes onsite customer relationships and responsibilities
