About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary customer contact, managing contractual relationships and ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Lead customer reporting requirements, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, stock integrity reporting, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Health & Safety teams to drive operational excellence, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct annual contract and rate reviews, ensuring commercially beneficial outcomes while maintaining strong customer partnerships
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate contractual and operational risks
  • Resolve issues proactively and ensure customers receive exceptional service throughout the contract lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships, contracts, or operational performance within a complex logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, with a focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using WMS platforms such as SAP, DLX, Duty Manager, or similar systems
  • Contract Management certification or willingness to work towards a professional qualification
  • Experience within regulated or compliance-focused environments
