About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Welcome customers collecting their orders and deliver excellent customer service
  • Check, process, and hand over customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Pick, prepare, and stage customer orders ready for collection
  • Manage collection records and ensure customer documentation is completed correctly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised Click & Collect environment
  • Provide cover for Van Drivers when required, carrying out local deliveries safely and professionally
  • Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, resolving queries professionally
  • Follow company health and safety procedures, driving regulations, and operational policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and basic IT skills
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, warehouse, logistics, or delivery environments would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Comfortable with a physically demanding role, including frequent manual handling and heavy lifting of tyre
  • Full training will be provided
