Key responsibilities & impact

Lead outbound operations across all shifts, ensuring service levels, KPIs and customer expectations are consistently achieved
Develop and coach Senior Operations Managers, building a high-performance culture and strong succession pipeline
Monitor operational, financial and people performance, driving productivity and cost improvements
Build strong relationships with ASOS stakeholders and represent operations at governance and review meetings
Champion safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the outbound function
Support the long-term strategic growth of the operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant senior leadership experience within a large-scale warehousing, logistics or fulfilment operation
Proven ability to lead large teams, drive operational performance and deliver customer-focused results
Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budget management, productivity and labour planning
Experience driving change, continuous improvement and operational excellence programmes
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety knowledge
Strong commitment to creating a safe working environment
Flexibility with days and hours
