Inventory Specialist II – Weekend Day Shift

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed
- Perform product counts
- Stage materials within designated areas
- Operate necessary warehouse equipment and tools
- Use a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents
- Work Thursday–Saturday and alternating Wednesdays, 6:15am–6:30pm
- Support smooth warehouse operations and customer needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and greater than 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to move materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled carts
- May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
- Must comply with GXO COVID safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state and local requirements
