About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of financial activities supporting a new customer startup through implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track open issues, follow up on commitments, and drive action items to timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial models for business planning and decision-making
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Support customer invoicing, revenue tracking, and month-end financial activities
  • Partner with Operations, HR, Engineering, Accounting, and Project Management teams
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and support operational and financial performance
  • Perform ad hoc analysis related to labor, productivity, profitability, customer growth, and operational initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and financial controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, accounting, budgeting, or business analytics
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and operational stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting logistics, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, or startup operations
  • Experience with Oracle, Power BI, ePBCS, Snowflake, or similar financial systems
  • Knowledge of customer invoicing and contract-based financial models
  • Experience working directly with operational leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts
  • May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
