Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of financial activities supporting a new customer startup through implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track open issues, follow up on commitments, and drive action items to timely resolution
Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial models for business planning and decision-making
Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Support customer invoicing, revenue tracking, and month-end financial activities
Partner with Operations, HR, Engineering, Accounting, and Project Management teams
Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and support operational and financial performance
Perform ad hoc analysis related to labor, productivity, profitability, customer growth, and operational initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and financial controls
Support an established portfolio of operations while helping launch and stabilize a new customer startup

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, accounting, budgeting, or business analytics
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams and operational stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Experience supporting logistics, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, or startup operations
Experience with Oracle, Power BI, ePBCS, Snowflake, or similar financial systems
Knowledge of customer invoicing and contract-based financial models
Experience working directly with operational leaders and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts
May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test following a conditional offer
