Key responsibilities & impact

Produce management information to an agreed daily, weekly, and monthly schedule for all levels of the business
Enable stakeholders to gain actionable insight for strategic and operational decisions
Design, create, and maintain bespoke and ad-hoc reports for operational requirements and project activities
Gather and analyse data and adapt it for the intended audience
Build understanding of the automated warehouse environment and customers’ expectations
Maintain strong working relationships with on-site teams
Promote continuous improvement within the team
Build more efficient MI tools for business-as-usual reporting and project scoping

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources
Ability to adapt data to make sure it is fit-for-purpose
Ability to translate data into visuals
Ability to adapt visualisation depending on the audience
Confident communication skills
Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
Confident MS Excel skills
Knowledge of Power BI
Understanding of SQL is advantageous but not required
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
