About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive operational support and data-driven insights to optimize logistics performance within GXO's NASA (North America/South America) operations
Analyze weekly and monthly operational metrics through the Project Beacon program
Attend weekly site business reviews to ensure accurate communication and reporting to the customer
Lead monthly business review meetings with the customer and track actions to completion
Communicate weekly site business review compliance status
Maintain and review the Project Beacon dashboard and other automated tracking tools
Maintain site action tracking through the Project Beacon dashboard
Report monthly Logiscore performance in monthly business reviews
Partner weekly with the Project Manager to ensure accuracy of internal and customer-facing meetings
Update processes within the scope of work, including SWI for the Project Beacon program
Collaborate with site leaders to ensure accuracy, add or remove sites as needed, and update leadership and escalation paths
Facilitate preparation of Weekly Business Review and Monthly Business Review decks
Identify and address causes of gaps in metric reporting for internal and external leadership
Assist in preparation for the GXO Leadership Conference

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of experience in supply chain, operations or project management
Experience with Microsoft Office, Access and Project
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent documentation and control skills
Desire for continuous process improvement and successful project completion
Solid attention to detail
Solid organizational and analytical capabilities
Ability to comply with GXO policies and CDC, OSHA, state and local COVID safety requirements
May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
