About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support daily data center logistics operations
  • Receive, move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for shipment
  • Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Follow established procedures and work instructions based on priorities set by a lead or supervisor
  • Accurately record inventory movements in systems
  • Promptly escalate inventory discrepancies or other issues for resolution
  • Continuously learn and apply data center logistics processes, tools, and safety expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • A high degree of technical skills and assembling techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow job orders and work procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience and proven track record of successful performance in a warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Availability to travel more than 75% of the time (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and support other team members
  • Ability to be engaged and productive while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and expectations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outside on occasion
  • Ability to reach, including above your head
  • Ability to safely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
  • Visual focus adjustment, depth perception and close vision capabilities
  • Conditional-offer applicants may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test
