About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of effective supply chain growth strategies and drive new account growth through solution development
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with client senior leadership teams
Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are achieved for assigned client engagements
Develop short-range and long-range business plans and objectives
Ensure VOC/VOM KPIs are meaningful, aligned with business objectives and consistently achieved
Direct capital expenditure planning and asset deployment while sustaining a Lean culture
Manage account-driven initiatives and strategic business objectives
Ensure customer contractual obligations are met and exceeded where possible
Oversee network builds and strategic implementation initiatives
Support ML & NPI builds to drive operational success
Lead Concierge Services program management activities
Manage Pharmacy Setups (HwOps) and related project execution
Drive Dock Mastery initiatives and operational excellence programs
Oversee inbound and outbound operations processes and performance
Ensure effective inventory control strategies and execution
Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, growth and profit levels for assigned clients
Oversee profit and loss performance, supply chain strategy development, strategic account management and growth, and new solutions design and pricing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
7 years of program and/or project management experience
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and supply chain systems
Solid financial acumen and business management experience
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, influence and develop teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting information to various audiences
Strong project management skills and experience managing complex initiatives
Ability to travel up to 75%
Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport
Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures
Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required
