About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide dedicated account management support for issue resolution, financial performance, contract-term adherence, solution design, and pricing
  • Handle customer expectations and recommend strategic initiatives
  • Manage contracts for assigned accounts and all account-driven activities
  • Develop short-term and long-range organizational plans and goals
  • Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals for each client engagement
  • Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
  • Inspire and ensure a Lean culture
  • Establish strategic direction and plans for customer account growth
  • Handle the customer experience and support customer account growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience
  • Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking and approach
  • Availability for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
  • May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
