About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide dedicated account management support, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms, and solution design and pricing
  • Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives
  • Handle contracts for assigned accounts and all account-driven activities
  • Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization
  • Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience
  • Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking and approach
  • Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations
  • Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures
  • Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
