About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise efficient daily department operations, emphasizing warehouse associate management and action-plan implementation
Establish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitments
Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Train, motivate and lead team members within the area of responsibility
Facilitate conflict resolution when needed
Enforce company policies and procedures
Work 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
Availability for a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime and possibly weekends
Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to reach above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
