About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the efficient daily operations of the department
Manage warehouse associates and implement action plans
Establish and maintain procedures for meeting company and customer commitments
Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Train, motivate and lead team members within the area of responsibility
Facilitate conflict resolution when needed
Enforce company policies and procedures
Work the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–12:00 pm

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to reach above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience (preferred)
2 years of managerial/supervisory experience (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
Conditional offers may require passing a pre-employment drug test
