Key responsibilities & impact

Present or facilitate training opportunities using role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures
Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills
Schedule classes based on classroom, equipment, and instructor availability
Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for training programs
Inform management of training program status
Help GXO provide exceptional daily solutions for customers through employee learning and development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies
Ability to follow verbal and written directions
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis
3+ years PIT equipment operation in a warehouse environment
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Training (preferred)
Professional training certification (preferred)
2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role (preferred)
