About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Present or facilitate training using role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures
- Provide training programs to help workers maintain and improve job skills
- Schedule classes based on classroom, equipment, and instructor availability
- Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for training programs
- Inform management of training program status
- Support GXO’s supply chain solutions and exceptional daily customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to lift 10 to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Training (preferred)
- Professional training certification (preferred)
- 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year in a training role (preferred)
- May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
- Must comply with GXO COVID safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements
