About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets and service excellence
  • Coordinate daily activities across inbound, picking, packing and dispatch operations
  • Manage performance, quality and productivity through regular reviews and KPI monitoring
  • Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining excellent housekeeping practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics, warehousing or distribution environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, engage and influence teams
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to analyse operational performance and implement improvements to drive results
  • Proactive, professional and flexible approach
  • Confidence to work effectively under pressure
