About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse area
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in a supervisory position within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Natural leadership ability and ability to coach others to drive and implement change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing conflicting priorities
- Ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of health and safety requirements and operational compliance
