Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to deliver outstanding customer service, site performance, and colleague engagement
  • Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Safe Systems of Work, training requirements, and operational audits
  • Manage operational budgets, resources, labour planning, and productivity to achieve financial and operational targets

  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations are consistently achieved or exceeded

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operation
  • Strong understanding of operational performance management, resource planning, and budget control
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop high-performing teams
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and safe working practices within a logistics environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-moving operational setting
  • Flexibility required for the role
