About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead by example in health and safety, process adherence, and team engagement
  • Manage shift handovers, resource planning, and operational continuity
  • Support HR functions including return-to-work meetings, investigations, and absence management
  • Drive performance against KPIs and support site-wide initiatives
  • Act as site lead on Sundays and during management absences
  • Own day-to-day warehouse operations and lead teams across shifts
  • Ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity standards are consistently met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse or supply chain environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
