About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for associate relations and ethics concerns
  • Counsel associates and leaders, mediate and resolve disputes, and conduct investigations and audits
  • Make recommendations for appropriate actions and resolutions
  • Respond to concerns via telephone, chat, or email
  • Provide guidance and coaching regarding employment and work-related issues
  • Determine eligibility for associate, tax student, or candidate accommodations and engage in the ADA interactive process
  • Research and investigate complex associate relations concerns while managing a high case volume
  • Document associate relations issues in the case management system
  • Ensure HR activities comply with company values, policies, and regulatory guidelines
  • Partner with Associate Relations and People Resource Center leadership, People & Culture Business Partners, company leadership, and other business partners on escalated issues
  • Provide training, guidance, and feedback for seasonal associates
  • Foster positive interactions to help resolve concerns
  • Conduct associate relations or operations projects and present findings as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • 5 or more years of Human Resources experience
  • 5 years minimum related work experience
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred
  • Ability to investigate associate complaints and recommend resolutions
  • Ability to manage a high case volume in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to determine accommodation eligibility and engage in the ADA interactive process
  • Limited travel
