Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and correctly formulate solutions to highly complex tax situations
  • Systematic approach to solving problems through analysis and evaluation of alternative solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to research complex tax issues and communicate findings effectively
  • Knowledge of tax research principles, procedures, and techniques
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Operational knowledge of Federal and State personal, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, estate, gift, and international taxation laws and regulations
  • Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to explain complex tax information clearly and in plain language
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience (preferred)
  • Enrolled Agent, Certified Public Accountant, or Attorney status under Circular 230 (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Federal and State tax administration, including litigation, tax compliance, and auditing (preferred)
