About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide sourcing and screening support for corporate positions
- Support candidate sourcing and outreach to build talent pipelines
- Review applications and identify candidates aligned to open roles
- Help provide a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Support recruiters with role intake, candidate research, interview coordination, and recruiting activities
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams with timely updates and information
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects involving technology, campus recruiting, recruitment marketing, and sourcing initiatives
- Use social media and professional networking platforms to support sourcing and employer brand awareness
- Track and analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on recruiting programs and process improvements
- Participate in professional development, giveback, networking, and connected culture workshops and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Seeking to obtain a degree in Human Resources, Communication Studies, Public Relations, or some similar discipline
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team and independently
- Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner and willingness to work with new computer-based programs and databases
- Ability to be effective and contribute in a fast-paced corporate environment
- No previous work experience necessary
